Mr. Alhaji Lai Mohamed
Mr. Mohamed is a solicitor, administrator,
politician and a businessman. He spent ten years as an airport
administrator before he resigned as a secretary to the Nigerian
Airports Authority in 1988.
In his time as a politician he served as the Chief
of Staff for the Lagos Government between 1999 and 2002, a governorship
candidate of the Alliance for Democracy Kwara State in 2003 and since
2006 the National Publicity Secretary of the main opposition party in
the Nigerian Action Congress
He is active in international waste management and
solutions as he is the Chairman of Kalaf Nigeria Ltd., the sole
representative of the MEA Environment (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd of
Singapore in West Africa Sub Region and the and an active player in the
energy sector as executive chairman of the Ground Tower Energy Ltd, the
exclusive distributors of Combusto a revolutionary green fuel saver in
the West African Region.
Mr Mohamed is married with children.
Ms Sugidha Nithi
"Ms
Sugidha Nithi graduated in the top 15% of her class from
the National University of Singapore in 1988 with a Bachelor of
Law. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1989. She began
her career as a lawyer in private practice and gained a great deal of
litigation experience before moving to Lagos, Nigeria for 2
years from 1991 to 1993. While in Nigeria,
she worked as a Project Analyst, overseeing related financial and
legal needs of the organisation, and in particular worked closely with
bankers from several prominent banks.
Ms Nithi has spent most of her career in
private practice in Singapore and is a partner in the law firm of
M/s Tan Rajah & Cheah, one of the oldest law firms in
Singapore. She is both a litigation and corporate lawyer
and practices in the areas of company law, commercial law,
insolvency, employment law, tort and family law.
She also periodically gives seminars and talks on various areas of
law and provides free legal advice on a volunteer basis at clinics
run for this purpose in Singapore."
Mr. Jeye A.Okorodudu
Okorodudu is a graduate of Economics from University
of Lagos, a graduate of the Chief Executive Business Management
Programme (CEP2) of the Lagos Business School an affiliate of Harvard
Business School, a member of the Nigerian Economic Society and the
Junior Chamber International. He is also a Phil Pugsley Patron of the
JCI Foundation.
The pioneer Chairman/CEO of Adata Group with
interest in telecommunications, oil and gas, manufacturing and real
estate, Mr. Okorodudu’s astute grasp of business issues and enormous
management experience has contributed in no small measure to the growth
of the group.
On the board of several companies and until quite
recently, a member of the board of directors of NNB International Bank
Plc., now consolidated into Unity Bank Plc., Mr. Okorodudu is one of
the prime movers of the Lagos Energy City project.
He is married with children.
Mr. Ebenezer Nduka Onyeagwu 
Mr Ebenezer Onyeagwu is a graduate of accounting
with a Master of Business Administration and a fellow
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also
an alumnus of the Senior Management Programme (SMP) of the Lagos
Businesss School, Whalton Executive Education Programme of the
University of Pennsylvania, USA and Columbia Business Scholl of the
University of Columbia, USA.
Starting hes career as a Management Accountant in
1989 at HFP Engineering, a construction and real estate company that
was responsible for the development of a significant portion of the
real estate on Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. He is presently a
General Manager and the Group Zonal Head with the Zenith Bank Plc and
has responsibility for overseeing the entire portfolio of the bank’s
business with the Ikeja Business District.
Mr Ebenezer is married with children.
Ms. Jantana Sangjam
Ms Jantana Sangjam is a qualified
Certified Public Accountant. She has over 6 years experience as a
Senior Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Ltd., Bangkok in the
field of accounting and auditing and extensive experience in handling
major audit assignments of public listed and private companies in
various industries. Her qualification includes a Bachelor Degree of
Science in Accounting from Thammasat University, Thailand. She has been
a Director and was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of
Transglobal Energy Funds Pte Ltd, a Singapore based private equity and
advisory company focused on the energy and mining sector since 2005.
She is also a Director of Transglobal Energy Research Pte Ltd and
Raymond Research Pte Ltd. In Hong Kong, she serves as the Director of
Transglobal Energy Funds Limited. Ms Jantana Sangjam is responsible for
the Organization’s Finance and Business Administration.
Mr. Trivedi Kiran
Mr Trivedi Kiran has been a
Director and was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of
Transglobal Energy Funds Pte Ltd since 2005. Transglobal Energy Funds
Pte Ltd is a specialized advisory & private equity firm based in
Singapore dedicated to the energy and mining industry with a geographic
focus on Africa with particular emphasis in Nigeria. Mr Trivedi Kiran
is also a Director of Transglobal Energy Research Pte Ltd. In Hong
Kong, he serves as the Director of Tranglobal Energy Funds Limited and
Aquila Resources Limited. Mr Trivedi Kiran is responsible for the
execution of the Organization's Business Strategy and Business
Expansion.
